🔎 Sizing Help

If you are unsure on sizing, please contact us before ordering. Our sizing guide can help, but sizing may vary slightly depending on the style or straps.
Please do not purchase multiple leotards with the intent to return — we can only offer exchanges for returned leotards.

🔁 How to Return an Item

If you're not fully satisfied with the size or style of your order, you may return it within 28 days for an exchange.
Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• With all tags and hygiene/swing stickers attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

🚚 Return Guidelines
 

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

• Use a tracked service — we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.

• Returned items must be clean, free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, and pet hairs.
   

❗ Kip Swing Policy

Due to the nature of this item, kip swings cannot be returned if used, for safety reasons.
A printed safety and usage guide is included with each order. By purchasing, you confirm that you’ve read and understood our guidance.

⚠️ Exceptions
 

• Personalised or custom garments cannot be exchanged unless faulty

• Hygiene stickers/tags must remain intact for a return

• We do not offer repairs for worn or damaged garments

• Pilling from rough surfaces (e.g. Velcro) is not classed as a fault

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable
   

🛠️ Faulty Items

If you've received a faulty product, contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
