Vault Workshop

Build power, technique and confidence on vault with Maisie! This one-hour workshop focuses on handstand flatbacks, squat-throughs and handspring progressions, with activities adapted to each gymnast’s ability.

Gymnasts will work on their run-up, springboard take-off, body shapes and controlled landings.

Requirements: Gymnasts must be able to jump onto and take off from a springboard independently.
