ELLESENSE - MAISIE METHUEN x MALONZO WORKSHOP ✨

We’re so excited to bring you our Beam & Performance Workshop at Bedwas Gymnastics!

This unique workshop combines dance and gymnastics to help gymnasts build confidence, improve expression, and elevate their performance 💫

Gymnasts will learn how to express themselves through dance with professional dancer Malonzo, followed by a focused beam session with Maisie to apply those skills.
