Bars Workshop: Straddle Undershoots & Squat-on to Catch

Build confidence and develop your bar skills with Maisie! This one-hour workshop focuses on straddle undershoots and squat-on to catch the high bar, using drills and progressions suited to each gymnast’s ability.

Gymnasts will work on bar shapes, strength, timing and coordination, with support to develop their technique and confidence.
